Golf Course Operations:
Ridder Farm Golf Course - All positions are currently filled for the 2025 season.
For the 2026 season, we typically begin the hiring process in February/March.
All maintenance/ grounds crew positions must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
All Pro Shop or Driving Range positions must be 18 years old as both locations have a liquor license and you must be 18 years old to handle, serve, or sell alcoholic beverages in the State of Massachusetts.
Employee benefits include course & range privileges in accordance with staff guidelines.
